This arm of LCCI specializes in the empowerment of women through skill building and training, micro-finance and entrepreneurship development, competency improvement, mentorship, service delivery, humanitarian aid  and grassroots projects support. We understand that women play a vital part in society’s growth and development with special qualities that are endowed by God Himself. Hence the need to be able to reach down deep within women and unlock this treasure that will benefit humanity becomes a very important task of LCCI.

The Royal Women’s vision is to reach out and help women discover their purpose. To motivate and assist in training them in developing themselves to fulfill their purpose in life, regardless of the state at which we meet them, as long as they have a “strong” desire to discover and fulfill destiny. We believe that every woman has a throne of destiny to occupy for kingdom purposes. Our Biblical role model is Queen Esther!

To this effect, Royal Women has held over 200 mentorship meetings at various chapter locations since its inception in 2003.  Certificates of Mentorship have been awarded for participation in these events. We have received great testimonies from women who had nothing or very little in life and now there have been remarkable changes as they consistently put into practice what they have learned in the Royal Women programs. These testimonies of changed lives have kept us going.  Royal Women’s welfare arm specializes in assisting widows who desire to remarry.

For all the women whose hearts are full of secret pains and for those who have shed silent tears, we say wipe your tears, pick yourself up from the ground and put on your strength!  Arise and excel! Begin to fulfill your purpose as an individual, mother, wife, and as a minister of the gospel. Your desire might be a great career or your own business; it’s never too late!  We believe that every woman has a throne of destiny to occupy and that is why we mentor women to arise, pay the price and fulfill destiny!
