The Women of Influence focuses on reaching women regardless of race, age, background, nationality, or religion. Women of Influence organization specialize in empowering women through skill building, training, mentorship, entrepreneurship development, competency improvement, humanitarian aid, and grassroots projects support. Our Vision is to reach out and help women discover their God-given potential and purpose in life. To motivate, assist, and train them how to develop them to fulfill their purpose, regardless of the state in which we meet them. Our purpose can be summed in our slogan “Using our INFLUENCE to transform lives for the better!

Our mission is to ENGAGE, EDUCATE, ENRICH, and EMPOWER women through training and mentorship thereby affecting change that will assist them in reaching their destiny.  ENGAGE — by going out into the underserved communities and partnering with other like minded nonprofits and government agencies. EDUCATE — by holding training workshops and seminars that will give participants skills that will enable them to be successful in every area of life.  ENRICH — by making their lives richer and more meaningful through mentorship; providing exposure so they can desire better and achieve more than they ever imagined. EMPOWER — by equipping them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities so they can go forth and accomplish great things for themselves, their families and communities.

Our goal is to use our strengths, skills, time and resources to help every woman, young and old, to realize her full potential so she cannot only fulfill her destiny, but also to join us in our quest to help others reach their destiny.  We have a passion to help others achieve greatness and unlock the treasure within each of us that will benefit humanity.
